I was actually thinking if there are any other consequences of not paying overdue credit card debts. The only thing that usually comes out of my intellect would be: that they would have to pay for their debts no matter what happens. Maybe some other creditors whose clients try to evade them practice the desperate art of threatening or what. I really wonder if this could happen – that when creditors are not paid, their last resort would be to fearlessly bother their clients expressing that if they don’t get what they should have, they will sue them, or worst, they will have them killed. This seems hilarious. My mind plays on specific petty crimes one creditor would plan against someone who has some financial issues to settle with him.
Thus, in order to get away from its partner trouble and possible death threat, every borrower has to make sure he can pay off his debts on time. On the other side of the transaction’s characters, every lender assures his self that his borrowers won’t provoke him to impose threats against them. Nobody is mean anyway.
